2025 - March - Journey Around the Moon - concert
Saturday 1st March

Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon first appeared in the cathedral in 2022 (the photo comes from that). It made a repeat appearance in 2025 and again formed the backdrop to the customary Spring Candelight Concert, which this year was to help raise funds for the forthcoming choir tour to France in July.
The audience, as in 2022, brought their own cushions, camping chairs, blankets or other items on which to sit, and followed the choir as they performed around the cathedral. There was no allocated formal seating. A very successful evening.
The concert was conducted by the Assistant Director of Music, Michael Stephens-Jones, as Tmothy Noon, Director of Music, was on sabbatical leave from January to the latter part of the Spring term.
